Since 1989 (20 years) I have been enjoying the NEW YORK TRIATHLON (NYT)  races and this year was another gem.

With my coaching background I always love to see teamwork in action, and I admire the way that you, the NYT staff and the NYC-Parks Department, all work together to make sure that every aspect of the event goes smoothly for the competitors.

I overheard many competitors asking a variety of questions of the event personnel and the answers were always courteous and on-point.

The pool was refreshing on such a hot day, the volunteers were out there at all key points, and the post-race refreshments were delicious.

What else can I say? The Central Park Triathlon is the only triathlon that I do per year these days and I look forward to it as my motivation for training. I am planning on participating once agian in 2010 and as long as this great event takes place.. 

On behalf of hundreds and hundreds of fitness enthusiasts who have benefited  from the 22 years of the Central Park Triathlon, thanks for putting on a super race and for being a great race director.
